Over the last couple of years I've tried many mushroom blends and I definitely think that taking mushroom blends helps with life generally. A while back someone gifted me a pack of Headstrong and I immediately felt they were more potent but also wondered whether, after reading about them, it was some sort of additional placebo effect. So I went back to my previous ones and noticed that I really did not have the same lack of brain fog, and general awareness that I'd experienced taking Headstrong.
